Mainul Haque Mahi

I’m Mainul Haque Mahi — an operations and procurement strategist with a builder’s mindset and a deep-rooted passion for solving real-world problems through smart, scalable systems. Over the years, I’ve worked across startups and high-growth environments in Bangladesh, helping transform how fresh produce, food, and everyday essentials move from source to shelf.

My journey began with Nittoo, a startup I co-founded with the goal of addressing inefficiencies in small-scale procurement and local commerce. This experience laid the foundation for my entrepreneurial approach: solving problems by getting close to the ground, listening to users, and building practical, tech-enabled solutions. It taught me how to operate with limited resources, move fast, and build trust in fragmented markets.

From there, I joined Agroshift in its early days as a founding operations team member. Agroshift’s mission of modernizing agri supply chains resonated with me deeply. I was involved in everything from farmer onboarding and vendor management to field operations and logistics. I helped set up systems that scaled rapidly while staying grounded in the realities of agricultural sourcing.

Currently, I serve as the Head of Operations at freshie.farm, where I lead supply chain planning, procurement, inventory optimization, and last-mile logistics. My team and I work to bridge the gap between rural producers and urban consumers — ensuring quality, traceability, and efficiency across every step of the value chain. We’ve built lean, tech-driven processes that reduce food waste, cut delivery times, and improve the customer experience.

What ties all of this together is my passion for building systems that work — systems that are data-informed, people-centered, and designed to create long-term impact. Whether I’m leading teams, designing supply chains, or launching ventures, I bring a blend of strategic thinking, operational execution, and a hands-on leadership style to everything I do.
